Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped from our California-based location.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options via major carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

FOB Shipping Point

All orders are shipped FOB (Free on Board) California. This means that title and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier. Lusso Misto is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside of our control. During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Lusso Misto is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or for packages returned due to delivery issues. If a package is returned to us, re-shipment fees will apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at bespoke@lussomisto.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Note that we are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
